What to send

A photo is enough to start. The more of this you include, the faster we can tell you if it's a fit and what it'll cost.

  • A clear photo of the part
    A few angles if you can, in good light.
  • The break or the gap
    Where it cracked, wore, or what's missing.
  • What it mounts to
    The machine or assembly it came off of.
  • How many you need
    One fix, or a batch to reorder later.
QCan you work from just a photo?
Often, yes. A photo starts the conversation. From there we either measure the original ourselves or ask you for a few dimensions.
QWill you take a one-off?
Yes. Most jobs here start as a single broken part. If you need more later, we keep the model on file so a reorder is quick.
QWhat if it can't be made?
We'll tell you straight, before any work and at no charge. Some jobs aren't right for FDM printing, and we'd rather say so than sell you a part that won't hold.
