Common questions

How long does it take?

It depends on the part, but most jobs run a few days once the design is settled — a measure, model, and print cycle. I'll give you an estimate with your quote rather than promise a date I can't keep.

How does pricing work?

One fixed, firm quote per project — design/reverse-engineering time, print time, material, and finishing rolled into a single price. No hourly surprises. Custom work runs on a 50/50 deposit: half to start, half on completion.

What do you need from me?

Clear photos of the part, the break, and whatever it mounts to — and the physical pieces if you have them. The more I can see and measure, the closer the fit.

Which material will you use?

Whatever matches how the part is used — see Materials. If you're not sure, just tell me what it does and I'll recommend one.

Is there anything you won't make?

A few categories I pass on: food- or drink-contact parts, safety-critical load-bearing components, and firearm parts. If you're unsure whether your part qualifies, ask — I'll tell you straight.

Where are you?

On Guam. Everything is designed and printed here — that's the point: no off-island wait for a part you need now.
