The material is part of the fix.
A replacement only works if it's printed in something built for the job. We match material to use from published manufacturer datasheets, not guesswork.

MATERIAL-MATCHED
Engineering-grade FDM, matched to the job.
We work from a focused set of materials, chosen for how the part has to live, not what's cheapest to print.
Sun, salt, and weather
Parts that live outside in the Guam climate. UV-stable and dimensionally steady through heat, rain, and salt air.
Load and high temperature
Brackets, mounts, and gears that carry load or sit near heat. Stiff, strong, and stable under stress.
Gaskets, bumpers, grips
Where a part needs to give, seal, or absorb. Rubber-like and durable across a range of hardnesses.
Everyday tough parts
The workhorse for indoor and general-duty parts. Stiff, impact-tough, and low-warp for clean, accurate fits.
Matched to the part, then checked.
Read the datasheet
We work from manufacturer mechanical, thermal, chemical, and UV data, not vibes.
Match it to the environment
Outdoor, hot, loaded, or flexing: the use case drives the pick, not the printer.
Check the fit
Critical dimensions and mating surfaces are verified before the part is handed off.
No PLA, no hobby filament
PLA and bargain filaments look fine and fail in the sun or under load. When a part has to work, we leave them out, and we'll tell you straight if a job isn't a fit for FDM at all.
