A DRZ400 tail-light piece flew off in an accident, sold only as a full assembly. We modeled the one piece in clear PETG so the plate light still shines through, fitted in time.

A woodchipper's valve assembly lost the threaded collar that holds it in place, and none was stocked on island. We measured the thread off the original (M24 × 1.5), rebuilt it in CAD and printed a set of 3 in PC (polycarbonate) to hold up to vibration.
How it is made
Once the model checks out, it prints in a heated, enclosed chamber that keeps outdoor-grade and carbon-filled plastics (stiffer, with chopped carbon fiber) from warping. No staged demos: this is a real part coming off a real machine.
