This page explains what we collect when you use the PolyForm website and how to ask us to remove it.
What you send
When you request a part, we collect the contact details, description, measurements, quantity and timing you provide, plus any photos, clips, drawings or other allowed files you attach. We use them to assess whether the job is suitable, contact you, prepare a scoped quote, make or support the part, and handle any reorder you request. We do not publish your job as a portfolio case without separate permission.
Contact-card counts
When you visit our Contact page or download its business contact card, we record the action, a time, and a source label such as web, NFC, QR or a referral. A browser session helps avoid counting the same action repeatedly. These counts do not prove that a contact was saved, that a WhatsApp conversation began, or who performed the action. You can turn off Contact-page counting on this browser.
How long we keep it
We do not use one fixed automatic deletion date for request and job records. For repeatable parts, we may keep the CAD/job file to make a future reorder easier. If you do not want that, tell us. We handle deletion requests directly: email info@polyformgu.com with enough detail to identify your request or job. We will review and remove the relevant details and files we control, and explain if a transaction, security, backup, or legally required record cannot be removed immediately.
Other services and links
If a job reaches payment, PayPal handles the hosted invoice payment; we do not ask you to enter card details on this website. If you choose WhatsApp, email, or a social-media link, you also use that provider's service. We use the information you send for your work with PolyForm, not as proof or promotional material without separate consent.
