A worn bidet lever, reverse-engineered from the original

   The original lever arm controlled flow direction on a hotel bidet system, and it was worn down with no easy way to source a replacement off-island. We measured the worn part directly and modeled it in CAD, confirming fit against a 20mm x 45mm x 31mm bounding box before committing to a print.

   We recommended PETG for the rebuild. It holds up to chemical exposure and repeated handling, both of which matter in a wet, high-use bathroom fixture like this one.

   Once the fit checked out, we printed and delivered 8 replacement lever arms matching the original's form and function, sized as a small batch to cover the hotel's need.
