A compound drive gear had worn past use, and no replacement was available on its own. We reverse-engineered it tooth-for-tooth from the worn original, printing the pinion and main gear as one piece in carbon-filled ASA for stiff, low-wear meshing under load.

A recycler’s hanging scale lost its battery cover entirely. We modeled a new one to the housing and printed it in carbon-filled ASA so it snaps back in and holds.
